These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player" or "Account Holder") and hn777 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at hn777.cam and all associated services, features, content and functionalities offered thereon.

By accessing, registering on, or in any way using hn777, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines or promotional terms published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have registered.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on hn777, a User must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which the Account remains active:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hn777 or any affiliated gaming operator, that remains in force.

4.1 Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by any one person is strictly prohibited. hn777 reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, suspend the original account and forfeit balances associated with any policy violation of this nature.

During registration, Users are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including, but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address and a contact number. Users are obligated to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 KYC Documentation

hn777 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Users must submit acceptable identification documents before withdrawals are approved. For Pakistani users, the following documents are typically accepted:

hn777 employs fraud detection and risk management tools to monitor activity on the Platform. Any Account found to be in breach of this clause may be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice, and associated balances may be forfeited subject to applicable obligations.

• Any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics or promotional details that contain typographical errors.
• Any failure by a third-party payment provider to process a deposit or withdrawal in a timely manner.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit hn777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

• The Account Holder is a minor or has become ineligible under clause 3 of these Terms.

Upon termination of an Account, any real-money balance remaining (after deduction of bonus funds and any amounts subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to the Account Holder using the original deposit method, subject to completion of KYC and satisfaction of any pending regulatory obligations.

Users may close their Accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting our Support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hn777 holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through hn777's internal complaints process.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
